Find your passion. Live your passion. Easier said than done, right?
The social media world tells us to live in this magic picturesque life all the time. You are bombarded with images of perfection daily.
How does a life like that exist? Does it exist?
Well, yes. And no.
Life is never going to be 100% perfect and happy all the time. That would be boring. The trials and tribulations make the good that much better. With that said, you don’t have to live in the turbulence. You do not have to stay in a mundane life just going through the motions.
Life is meant to be experienced with excitement and joy. How do you do that?
Start by asking yourself the tough questions. Are you happy? Do you enjoy the life you are living? What brings you happiness? What don’t you like about your current circumstances? If you could imagine your ideal day/week, what would it look like?
What brings you joy? What one thing brings you the biggest smile?
Answering questions like these will help peel back layers to uncover your passions. I encourage you to dig deep.
“They” say that the two most important days in our lives are the day we are born and the day we find out why. But sometimes, the endless and debilitating chatter in our minds often tries to talk us out of what our hearts are yearning to explore.
Here’s what I mean: No matter how hard you try, you cannot figure out your passion by thinking about it. You need to take action and feel your way to your truth, from the inside out.
No matter how much I wondered about it before, it wasn’t until I physically took action that my real passion fully emerged.
And from taking action rather than staying in my head, my passion came to life … and so did I.
